The Student Service Office SSO operates as the first contact point for all parents and caregivers in relation to student matters. Through out each school term, this office highlights a number of important notices via SEQTA email. Copies of these notices can be accessed below. SEQTA Engage – Parent Portal
Temple Christian College utilises SEQTA as a Learning Management System for teaching, learning and assessment at school which enables both teachers and students to access up to date information online.
SEQTA Engage is the Temple Christian College Parent Portal that provides parents and caregivers with private access to relevant information about their child’s schooling.
Available through a personal login, this portal provides information relating to:
• due dates for assessment pieces,
• student's timetable,
• copies of the daily bulletin and school notices,
• summary of student’s marks and grades for assessment pieces,
• final termly reports.
Since 2022, the SEQTA Engage Parent Portal features a library of information previously contained within the physical school planner including:
• School policy and daily expectation information featuring, attendance & behaviour matters, curriculum & classroom conduct
• Staff contact details
• Campus map & timetable
Access to this portal is via the Parent Login which is located at the top of the campus website and activated via a personal login.
The invitation to join the SEQTA Engage portal is available to parents/caregivers using email contact information provided within the New Student Enrolment Forms.
Initial access is activated by the school immediately after the student commences their formal education at Temple Christian College.
